Family-owned and operated since 1994, Urth Fitness has been a trusted hub for health and wellness in the Newcastle community. Over the last few years, Lance Montana worked collaboratively with Urth Fitness to deliver an extensive range of marketing services across digital, print, outdoor to not only increase brand awareness but drive membership sign-ups.

Website Design & Development
With Urth Fitness celebrating significant milestones as a business—their 30th birthday in 2024 and a major rebrand and rename in 2022—there was a clear need for a fresh and modern website that not only reflected their updated identity but also prioritised membership sign-ups as the primary conversion. We worked to design and develop a custom-built, lean-coded website, ensuring every aspect aligned with the brand’s key values and goals. The result was an intuitive, user-friendly interface that streamlined the sign-up process while effectively showcasing Urth Fitness’s unique offerings, including their spa facilities and diverse range of classes.

Mobile Optimisation
With over 70 percent of website users accessing the site from mobile devices, optimising for smaller screens was a top priority. This process involved the design and development of responsive features, ensuring class timetables and membership plans functioned seamlessly across all devices to provide an enhanced user experience.

Digital Advertising Management for Meta & Google Ads
With a focus on driving membership sign-ups, we implemented a comprehensive digital advertising strategy across all funnel stages on Google and Meta. Through a combination of steady-state advertising and consistent sales efforts throughout the year, we have seen continuous year-on-year improvements in brand awareness, website traffic, and membership conversions (sign-ups). Our strategy also includes monthly performance reporting, enabling us to analyse ad performance and optimise content, creative, and budget to further enhance results. These efforts have also attracted a high-calibre membership base, leading to a low churn rate across all clubs—well above industry standards.
